Swedbank Lithuania asked us to help delivering the message that Swedbank is a diverse workplace and to invite potential employees to join and strengthen the team.

We created a mechanic that allowed us to talk about the advantages of joining Swedbank through the stories of its most valuable asset – employees.

Strengthening Swedbank’s image as an employer resulted in an increased number of job applications. Campaign mechanics and solution transformed employees into campaign ambassadors, which led to successful figures.

With just EUR 500 spent on media we achieved:
– reach on Facebook – 60% of the target audience.
– An engagement rate on Facebook – 5.6%, nearly double the industry average.
– Views on YouTube – 2 300+
